Please tell me, When a Managing Director is a doctor rendering services to the company (Hospital) and getting monthly salary and also getting performance allowance at the end of the year. My question is wheather these two will take for the calculation of Managerial Remuneration or only the performance allowance......
everything will comes under managerial Remuneration
