1. Obtain DIN for Directors

2.File form 1A for name approval and payment of Fees - (It will take 4 to 5 days)

3. Prepare MOA and AOA and subscripttion to the same by the subscriber

4.Prepare and file Form 1,18,32 with ROC with all relavnt document & payment of fees/ stamp duty

5.issue of certificate by ROC
