Yesterday, I heard that filing Vat audit return for MahaVat audit is extended till 28 th Feb. 2013. But I didn't get confirmation from the professionals. What is the position?

No it is extended to 15 Jan Only.

Rajeshji I have also heard the News that it is to be extended to 15th January 2013 & with due respect to your Information but No Circular to that effect has yet come, So if you have anything of that documentated information you can pls tell me so I can go & Check it
Now this notification has been issued today.
Due date for MVAT Audit for the year 2011-12 has been extended to 15.1.2013.
