What if employee's gross salary is more than 10k but actual payment in particular month is below 10k then to deduct PT or Not?

if you are talking about female employee = no pt

if male employe and salary exceeds 7.5K deduct 175/-

Here I am Confused about Which Salary to consider for PT - "Actually Paid Salary" or "Salary Fixed for Month in Employment Agreement".?

let say Fixed salary 30000 for month

but he was present for 2 days , salary for that month 6000 . No PT
