if male employe and salary exceeds 7.5K deduct 175/-
Here I am Confused about Which Salary to consider for PT - "Actually Paid Salary" or "Salary Fixed for Month in Employment Agreement".?
let say Fixed salary 30000 for month
but he was present for 2 days , salary for that month 6000 . No PT
