To my knowledge IF is most important...
Concentrate on International Finance, Risk Analysis and Derivatives. These are v.imp. chapters. In the secoond categroy give stress on Portfolio and Mergers. Read compilation for Dividend, Capital Budegreting and Leasing. Also go through theory. Good Luck!
