Machinery Repair, Is E way Bill necessary
Dear Experts. Goest to repair machinery. It's value is 150000 (IGST movement) not for sale only repair purpose only.. Is E Way Bill necessary?

Yes...It is necessary to raise eway bill.You can facilitate the movement of Machinery by Delivery Challan and choose the "Others" option in eway bill and put " For Repair Purpose" in text box of the eway bill.
E way Bill is compulsory in case of movement of goods may be for repair,
But not within local jurisdiction.
Within local it is also compulsory, depending on amount
