Luxury tax payable and interest for late payment

Dear Mr.Sushil,

First you send the due luxury tax at the earliest by cheque or DD which ever method you adopt..The tax officer will  tell you the penalty for the belated payment at the time of completion of assessment.After that you can pay the penalty seperately.You need not wait for all these particulars.The penalty is calculated on the duration of delay.Once the luxury tax is paid your burden is over.
