And Whether The Luxury Tax collected is Allowed to sett-off against Vat Paid On Purchase of goods.
If The hotelier opts for composition scheme then what all goods are to be considered under composition scheme. Whether sales of Alcholic Drinks Wil be Considered in Total Turnover of sales For the purpose of Tax calculation.
