Yes... After applied You will take Print Out for the RFD-11 & Letter to Commissioner of GST and Some other details which is required by Your Circle Officer. After that He/She will Give LUT to You or Your representative...

Note : The LUT certificate not available in Online Mode crying

Circular No. 40/14/2018-GST dated 06 april 2018.Is there any notification after this?

Please clarify.

With due respect Iv understood your earlier reply..maybe practically we have to submit to jurisdictional officer? Is it like this??

I have confirmed it from GST helpline..LUT is deemed accepted..no need to submit any physical document to jurisdictional officer..

Hi Noor,

There is no requirement of physical submission of RFD-11 submitted on GST portal from 2018 onwards. Online submission of RFD-11 suffices for renewal of LUT. Unless otherwise rejected, it shall be considered as deemed accepted.

Yes correct..thankyou

Circular No. 40/14/2018-GST dated 06.04.2018, wherein at para 2(e) it has been categorically mentioned that an LUT shall be deemed to have been accepted as soon as an acknowledgement for the same.

Hence, no need to submit hard copy to department.

Yes you can apply and get it online..After logging in to GST portal..under user services..go to furnish LUT and proceed as per guidelines given therein. No need to go and contact circle officer unless otherwise required in adverse circumstances. After submitting an ARN will be generated and that will be the deemed acceptance.

Can I supply with the ARN....?

In case it's not accepted by Circle officer then What can I do...?

LUT is deemed accpted after generation of ARN. So you can supply after generation of ARN. Kindly Read this notification for better clarity

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that 1 invoice(s) with IGST amount of Rs.0.0 and CESS amount of Rs.0.0 has been transmitted to ICEGATE for GSTIN 33XXXXX34XXCXXX.

The GST System provides a facility to check return period wise status of transmission of invoice data, and view transactional level details used to maintain export ledger. The same can be accessed by taxpayer by navigating to Services - Refund - Track status of invoice data to be shared with ICEGATE, after logging into the GST Common Portal.

You may also login to IEC Holder Portal to get ICEGATE level validation status of transmitted invoices.

Please feel free to contact the GST Taxpayer Helpdesk for any further questions.
