what should we do if I lost LUT

Quick Summary
If you've lost your LUT (Letter of Undertaking) that was filed through the GST portal, don't worry. It is possible to retrieve it. Your Customs House Agent (CHA) can assist you with this process. Alternatively, you may be able to retrieve it directly from the DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade).

If it was filed through GST portal. You can still retrieve it. Also consult your CHA.

Contact your CHA. I think it can be retrieved from DGFT.
