Lut 2018-19

SUBMIT IT ONLINE @ PORTAL 

Yesterday, GOI through Twitter clarified that online submission will suffice and no requirement of manual submission of any docs.

However, GOI provided facility to submit LUT online but did not release any procedure to issue LUT online. So, almost offiicer are asking to submit it mannually.

GOI PROVIDED THIS ONLINE FACILTY ONLINE LUT 2018-19 BECAUSE OF BRIBE ACCEPTING BY THE OFFICERS 

All officer are not same. Honest officer are available in Departmernt. Everybody know who is carrier for Bribe. Tax profeesional are earning huge money on the name of officer.

So, if we apply for LUT online, how many days will it take them to approve. And what if they don`t approve within the time prescribed.

We also applied for LUT Renewal online for FY18-19 but even after 5 days, there is no update

Do we need to submit ARN and RFD-11 document manually and grease the palm of officer ?

If procedure is completely onlnie then why delays are occurring.
