The return is defective due to ITR schedule income is mismatched with 26AS and i was disagreed on my response, but refund not credited, intimation mentioned tax credit mismatches as per sec 37ba.
Pls guide on this how to get the refund.

Check the tds schedule and 26AS and revise the ITR if required.. You can also file return under section 139(9) to rectify the defect
Hi sir, 26AS figure 1% tds deducted for sale of immovable property, but that property was long term capital loss which I declared in ITR ltcg income schedule, and tds schedule column income value I declared sale amount which value is showing in 26AS. As per you which column I have to change in ITR?
Have you given details sale and purchase values year wise ?
Yes sale and purchase index wise given the details
Contact nearest tax professionals. Might be a technical glitch.

If sale consideration is entered in ITR-2 then there is no question of mismatch
Its not technical issue, bcz there is 2 seller, both have same ITR filing and same issue of tax refund, intimation received, everything is matching with u/s 143(1) computation culmn, but tax paid column is '0'. The reason in intimation is mismatching between taxcredits claimed and allowed rule 37ba for both seller
You have to claim proportionate tds
So you mean to say if I have capital loss of the property, then whatever TDS deducted at the time of sale, that tds will claim on proportion basis. That is '0' refund right?
