1) Is tax benefit available on stamp duty paid for purchase of property held for more than two years?

2) Is stamp duty paid of such property not part of cost of acquisition?

3) will stamp duty paid on purchase of new property (incase of 54f) be deducted from capital gains?

answer for all of your questions are as under

 

Que 1  - Ans is Yes

Que 2  - Stamp duty is part of cost of acquisition

Que 3  - Ans is Yes

Stamp duty paid can be claimed as deduction u/s 80C in the year of acquisition or it can be claimed as cost in the year of transfer
Stamp Duty is paid on purchase of property.
tax benefit is available on purchade of property.

you can take benefit only at one place. 

 

either add to cost of acquisition or take benefit of 80C
