LTCG.
A man made agreement in in 1988.Taken 70000/advance and died in1991 without transfer of land. Matter was subjudice 23years. Court orders registar to execute the registery on behalf of Indo Devi daughter of man who died in, 1991.Property sold in2013. Indo devi had not received money. is there any case of LTCG on Indo Devi.

Generally department doesn't issue any inquiry in such case; but in case it has to be answered, I predict the tax liability on Indu devi's father as of 1991 over the land be called for (without any interest pat present); provided She had received any inheritance.
