i have doubt in LTA.
Employee can claim LTA 2 times in a block of 4 yearsa as per income tax.
one of the employee claimed the LTA in the month of feb 2009, again we wants to claim in the july month 2009. as he was saying that he is eiligible for 2 LTA's in the block of 2006-2009.
whether it is acceptable.
please do the needful

Yes he can use his LTA twice in a block of 4 years. The last block was 2006 - 2009. So even if used twice in one year it is allowed. Even if he claims in one month it is allowed. However he must be on leave for the period for which he is claiming LTA.
