LTA doubt

HI,

i have doubt in LTA.

Employee can claim LTA 2 times in a block of 4 yearsa as per income tax.

one of the employee claimed the LTA in the month of feb 2009, again we wants to claim in the july month 2009. as he was saying that he is eiligible for 2 LTA's in the block of 2006-2009.

whether it is acceptable.

please do the needful
