A road permit for ASSAM from one of our Co. clients,has been lost in transit. we have been asked to get the following generated :
1. publish a LOST AD in newspaper
2. Lodge an FIR
3. Submit an Indemnity Bond in the Sales Tax dept.
Can I be helped on the formats for the above & a confirmation that we are moving on the right track.

no need to do this......... make a intersate purchase without Road Permit and show it in way bill utilisation Report.

But in this case, we cannot show the utilisation as suggested as :
1. taxation department in Assam is computerised now & way bill utilisation cannot be managed.
2. customer owes us a Form C against other billing which will release only after proper documentation of the loss of this road-permit. they have agreed to accept the declarations from ur end as per my earlier post.
Please help with the formats for the documents.
