can anyone guide me that where i have to show long term loss on sale of equity shares on which STT is paid.
If it has to be shown under schedule Capital gains then under which point i have to declare such loss

The long term loss over Equity (STT paid)......... cannot be shown in ITR....... The loss is not adjusted against any income or CG.

first of all long term loss on sale of equity on which STT is paid is fully exempt
and you can disclose in schedule D form 1080 .
