Having come this far, ask yourself have you been able to justify the time spent for this course till now. Can you get back the time spent by you ? Ask serious questions as to how much time and dedication you have given for your final examination. It just takes a fraction of a minute to say, I am quitting but it takes deep insight to understand the reason for your failure. Just rewind and ask yourself, whether you have been able to put in your best effort for this course till this date. If the answer is no, then ignite the passion in you and prove to yourself that you are capable of achieving success. Never give up without a fight . Best of luck.

You are not too old to leave CA at this stage. And amendments are part of CA course. Even after becoming CA, you will have to remain updated . So, no need to quit. Work hard and you will get the positive result. All the best :)
