If unlisted share are sold after 36 month than LTCG, if sold less the 36 month than STCG.
In you case as share are sold for less then 36 month, so STCG
Forvthe Asst year 2018-2019 2 years holding is enough some CAs are telling
For AY 18-19, 2 years has been reduced for immovable property
