I PURCHASE PLOT IN APRIL 2011 AND HOUSING LOAN TAKEN FROM BANK FOR CONSTRUCTION IN JUNE 2013 AND CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE IN JAN 2014. I SOLD ANOTHER PLOT IN DEC. 2015 CAN I EXEMPTION TAKEN U/S 54

No. In case of construction of property , 3 years forward period is provided. So for constructions prior to sale not eligible for exemption.
