Lock in period u/s 62(1)(b)
Is ESOP attracts lock in period after the option exercised or shares provided to employees u/s 62(1)(b)?

The Company shall have the period to specify the lock in period pursuant to the exercise of option
Sir please provide link of this rule of lock in period ...please. because i am quite confused because 62(1)(b) is not specifying any provision related to lock in period.
