Loan repayment claim procedure

How will house loan will be available in wife name for same property when it is not in her name..if possible elaborate so it will be easy to analyse

If property is in husband name then how can you apply loan in the name of wife's name ?

Ultimately the payer will get the benefit of deduction for housing loan interest & pricipal.

Practical issue can come since there is no house bought or constructed in wife's name entire pricipal & interest may be disallowed by IT Officer
