Loan on parents property and hra

Hi,

I know that there are many "HRA + home loan" related queries have been asked before in this forum.

But I think my case is slightly different.

1) I live in Pune with my parents in a house owned by father.

2) Few years ago I took a home loan of 20L to renew that home (actually to add 1 more floor)

3) My father is applicant and I am co-applicant in that loan. My father doesn't earn.

4) I am claiming the interest paid for HL 

Can I still pay rent to my father and claim HRA?
