Quick Summary
This discussion explores the tax implications of transferring shares as a loan to a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) to raise funds. The user is seeking advice on how the income tax department might view the sale of these shares by the HUF and is looking for practical solutions to manage the urgent need for funds.

Loan is legal and there must be a resolution for the same.

You should sell shares and transfer money to HUF.

Any solution as I transferred the shares to HuF as loan and it sold to meet the urgency?
