Dear sir, Can partnership firm gives loan to pvt ltd. company ? pls reply

yes it can give. if the firm is related party to the Pvt co and provisions of payment to relatives as per income tax shud be adhered
company should not accept any monies from any outside other than by way of deposits from public and others sources as per sec 67 and rules prescribed there under
