A private company took loan from LLP, whether it is a public diposit within the meaning of diposite rules..?

Yes, loan from LLP shall be considered as public deposit,reason being,as per Deposit Rules, Deposit includes any receipt of money by way of deposit or loan or in any other form by a company. Deposit rules give a list of exceptions which are not considered as deposit. The exceptions do include amount received from other company but not from LLP.

Further a Private Company cannot accept deposit from public.
