Llp winding up

Hii

I am liquidating LLP. In rules it is written that, resolution passed for voluntary winding up, should be filed with registrar in form 1 within 30 days. But in e-filing section of MCA website, there is no such form available for winding up. Do I have to file all the forms relating to winding up manually?

Hi,

Please refer form No. 24 from MCA website. Form 24 is to be filed for winding up of a LLP.

E Form 24 provides for the following attachments :

Copy of detailed application.
Copy of authority to make the application.
Copy of consent of all partners.
Copy of consent of all creditors.
Copy of the undertaking/ indemnity bond for striking off name.
Copy of statement of assets and liabilities duly certified as true and correct by auditor/chartered accountant in practice.
Copy of acknowledgement of latest Income tax return

Can someone please help me as to where can I find the formats for the above.
