Llp winding up

Hi,

Please refer form No. 24 from MCA website. Form 24 is to be filed for winding up of a LLP.

E Form 24 provides for the following attachments :

• Copy of detailed application.
• Copy of authority to make the application.
• Copy of consent of all partners.
• Copy of consent of all creditors.
• Copy of the undertaking/ indemnity bond for striking off name.
• Copy of statement of assets and liabilities duly certified as true and correct by auditor/chartered accountant in practice.
• Copy of acknowledgement of latest Income tax return

Can someone please help me as to where can I find the formats for the above.

Make sure LLP form 3, 8 and 11 is filed before processing for winding up in Form 24
