LLP to pvt ltd
Can LLP be converted into a private limited company? Does the LLP Act or the Companies Act have a provision for this? If it can be done, how much time will it take?

Yes, LLP can be converted into a Pvt. Ltd. company as per the provisions contained in Section 366 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Company (Authorised to Register) Rules, 2014. Refer::

Actually this is confusing as Companies act is allowing for conversion while llp act is silent.
