Tax audit not applicable to LLP when its business turnover doesn't exceed 1 Cr.
Llp audit required if business cross 40 lakh turnover

Turnover exceeds 40 Lac audit or contribution exceeds 25 lacs Audit is requried ,please refer below link of MCA
