I'm registering a LLP and no partner has DPIN how can I associate dsc and should I associate dsc with MCA Portal before uploading signed pdf

You can follow these steps:
- Obtain DSC for partners. First all partners need to get a DSC from a licensed certifying authority.
- Create DPIN for partners through the MCA portal.
- Associate the DSC with the respective DPINs on the MCA portal.
- Once DSC is associated, you can proceed to upload the signed PDF for LLP registration.
