Llp of ca and advocate

LLP of CA and Advocates doesn't make any difference for CA proffesional opportunity provided majority of partners are CA and attestation services are provided by CA partner only.
 

If there is only 2 partners one is CA and another is advocate???

There will not be any issue in case of an LLp ..as we have both CA or advocate or any of other pro.like CMA or CS what matter the most is the authentication as financial reports are to be done only by CA like Tax audit and Statutory Bank audit apart from this CMA can very well go for Concurrent or Stock audit ...etc So as far as in LLp even an Legal Consultancy firm can provide Finacial reports provided it has a PCA in it and only he can authenticate it refer sec-138 on the appointment of auditor .

Also have a glimpse of the Big Four audit firms all are LLp's only...!!
