Dear Members,

What are the provisions of meetings and minute book as per LLP act 2008. What is generally follwoed?

but while i was searching i found in the difference betwwen LLP and company where it was written that no requirenment for holding Meetings like in Companies Act 1956

Please refer your LLP Agreement, if it provides for Meetings then minutes of the meetings held will have to be maintained.

It is not compulsory to have meetings and minutes under the LLP Act.
