In case of LLP non tax audit case can the assessee file its own ITR ? whether filing is mandatory by a CA?

Yes, the authorized person can file LLP firm's ITR.
Yes...ITR can be filed by Professionals and Financial statements can be furnished with ROC through LLP Form No.8
Yes Both Authorised Person and Professional Can File the ITR of LLP.
