Can the capital contribution be done in cash during LLP Formation (In "Form of Contribution" column). Do we receive any rejection from ROC for the same.

Yes it can be Cash. ROC will not object this
You need to mention in form 3 of LLP regarding the kind of investment. Mentioned in form 3 kind of investment is "monetary investment." No rejection form ROC.
Yes it can be mentioned as cash, no objection will be raised by registrar.
However subject to condition the form of contribution should mention as cash in initial LLP agreement and Form 3.
