Llp form 8 & form 11 annual filing

we Preston projects llp incorporated in 01/02/15, but we are not filed Annual return and solvency for the Financial Year 2014-15.but we closed accounts on 31.3.15 as per I T Act. What is the due date of filing Form -8 & form -11 of our LLP. now we closing F.Y 2015-16. pl give me your valuable suggestion and guide to me. Regards, S.V.P.Raju Hyderanbad. Mob :09618261448

Filing of Returns with Registrar of LLP for LLP’s registered on or after 1st October 2014 will fall only in the year 2016.

we closed our accounts as 31.3.15.our contribution is below 10 lakhs, turnover also below 40 lakhs.

now how to file form 8 & form 11, my doubt is we closed Accounts F.Y 2014-15.
