Friends, I have recently incorporated an LLP in up, GB Nagar. Now I have to file form 3 within 30 days, I am confused about some matters.

Stamp duty is different for every state
ANYONE FROM UP CAN EXPLAIN ME THE SAME REGARDING STAMP DUTY, I HAVE TALKED SEVERAL CA & CS, THEY ARE SAYING rs 750.
