LLP Form 3 and form 4 in MCA V3 site...

Hey Dipen! Just to clarify for everyone:

• Form LLP-3 is for changes in partners or designated partners.

• Form LLP-4 is for the statement of accounts and solvency.

On the MCA V3 portal, typically:

1. You file Form LLP-3 first to update partner details.

2. After filing LLP-3, the system allows you to file Form LLP-4.

3. Once both forms are submitted successfully, the filings get registered and the acknowledgment (SRN) is generated.

The forms themselves don’t generate each other but must be filed in sequence if linked.

If you’re seeing any automation or system-generated forms, that might be a new MCA V3 feature, but usually, you have to upload and submit both forms separately.
