LLP Form 11 filing

Form 11 is the Annual return containg the details of the partners and total contribution received from the designated partners. As annual return is filed for the previous financial year and the Company was converted in LLP on 4.4.2018, so no return of LLP needs to be filed.

Return of Company needs to be filled in Form MGT 7 within 60 days of AGM.

Return of LLP would be filed next year within 60 days of closure of financial year in Form 11.
