If you want to Wind up LLP firm you have to follow the below compliances :- 1) Pass resolution with approval of at least 3/4th of total no.of partners 2) Take approval of Creditors whether secured or unsecured 3) File copy of resolution and NOC of creditors to Registrar within 30 Days in form No.1 from the date of passing of resolution
It may be noted that, the above procedure shall only for Voluntary Winding up. Tribunal shall also have the authority to windup in certain cases specified in the Act (LLP Act,2008)
