Llp filings form 11 and 8

Hi,

We have not filed the Form 11 and Form 8 for the past 2 years. Now we have found that the fine amounts to Rs100 per day from the mandatory file by date.  MCA comes out with schemes excempting the fines for pvt companies from time to time,  has any scheme come out for LLPs who have not filed the returns with the ROC till date since our fine would amount to above 2 lacs.
