LLP e-Forms and Problems in Registration

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to obtain the e-Forms for registering an LLP. All forms related to Companies are available for download on the MCA21 website, but the LLP website does not contain any eforms. I have been looking for the forms for a long time now....

Also, I read a post by Mr. Arjun Mahadevan (/articles/article_list_detail.asp?article_id=3009) detailing some of the problems he encountered while registering an LLP. it was quite informative, since first timers would get a feel of the kind of problems they are likely to face if they are planning to register an LLP.

Has anyone else faced similar or other kinds of problems while getting an LLP registered?

Also, has anyone used the MCA21 e-Stamping facility? Is it available for LLPs too? Can someone please enlighten us on this?
