Yes DIR 3 Form is mandatory to file for all type of the legal entity Wheather Its Private Limited Company or LLP or One Person Company.

The LLP is Incorporated in 20th Sept 2021. So as per the LLP rule newly formed LLP after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March i.e. LLP files its first financial year details for 18 months. So in this case this provision is not applicable. Is it is correct ??
