if llp is showing profit less than 6% then whether audit is required.

It depends on the turnover of the LLP... Bcoz sec 44AD is not applicable to the LLPs...
the turnover is 35 lacs
no audit is not required under IT act
so can I show profit of RS 1500 for turnover of 35 lacs without audit
