i got incorpoaration certificate dt: 03.09.2013 of LLP. Now want to make a LLP agreement. wht would be the date of LLP agreement.
1) Before 30.09.2013. ?
2) the of incorporation dt i.e 30.09.2013 ?
3) afrer 30.09.2013.?

As per the LLP Act, agreement is not mandatory. So after incorporation, if you want to form an agreement. It can be all three options which you have mentioned in your post.
Its better to have it current dated since you will not get a back dated stamp paper.
