Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:- Admission of partners.
We are going to add nearly 140 partners to the above mentioned LLP,
regarding that we wish to know that,

1) what are all the procedures for adding such partners to the existing LLP ?

2) Whether we have to file only form No.3 with supplementary deed for admission of such partners?
or what are all the other forms that need to be filed with MCA?

3) Whether we have to get SEBI approval before admission of partners, regarding falling under category of Collective Incentive Scheme ?

4) Whether Digital Signature is mandatory for all 140 partners in LLP or it is mandatory only for designated Partners?

Please clarify the above matters for our further proceedings and let us know the complete procedure for adding 140 partners to existing LLP, we are in much awaiting for your reply as early as possible.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE BUSINESS:-
a. To deal in any commodities, substances, articles, merchandise, goods, and things whether solid or liquid or gaseous, as agents, commission agents, forwarding agents, clearing agents, distributors, warehousemen, licencees, merchants, traders, sales organisers, representatives of manufacturers of commodities, goods articles, materials and things and for that purpose to buy, to sell exchange, market, pledge, distribute, install, service, maintain, or otherwise deals in commodities, goods articles and things and to carry on the agency business.

b. To undertake and carry on business of builders, constructors, civil constructions, contractors, promoters, developers, builders, realtors, Infrastructure developments and all other business support service.
