llp

Hello Every one,

            I have a query that whether a private company with the assistance of a  foreign company can form a llp. And if yes, then in that case whether the accounts of llp will be merged with the private company (as a consolidated balance sheet)?

As per my understanding it should not be becoz  both the entities are independent and separate.
