In short, all the services which are not in the negative list or thro notification is taxable. Specially, added: Direcors remuneration, fees, actors fees, court settlement...etc.,

Now all Services are taxable except which is in negative list or in exemption list
so for more detail go through the Negative list and mega exemption list
