In case of Liquidation of a Company, will a CWA be trated as an employee ?

If CWA is governed by employer employee relationship then 100% will be within the definiton of employee,
But if he is giving service independently then he wont.

Yes,Agreed,Relationship of Employer & employ should exist,if it is so,he shall be treated as employee,otherwise not,if he is providing his services in professional capacity.
