Linking adhaar to UAN without employer

how to link adhaar number to my UAN, i dont remember my UAN login password and when i click on forgot password i get this message "Your UAN is not linked with AADHAAR, first member has to link his/her AADHAAR with UAN through his/her employer'. i have left the job 4 years ago and now i am working in government secor and have a separate NPS account hence its not possible for me to get it done through employer
