& if there are practical sums given in these manuals for practice?

PRACTICAL MANUAL  is  question and answer format for theory subject  is just like a compilar  ,  in practical  yes there are many problems  its  very good for revision purpose  , but the usefulness of  practical manual is very high  in isca bcause as the examinar is giving very less marks  in that subject so  its the best use to  know the answer required by the examinar .

so i do personally fell that for isca  its very useful

thanks sir... also now that the portion has changed of dt & idt due to amendments... is it ok if we study only the practice manuals or is it necessary to buy any other reference books for the same?

all the changes for may 2011 had been put there by me

see there are changes in claw , dt , idt  and isca

costing , audit , financial reporting and fm dnt have any change

so take care of all the changes bcause its must for exam

u always find 15 marks  question in exam on the recent updates

bcause i just taken all the links and pasted over there

but make sure all u had updated bcause many of use flunk bcause we had not read the updated material

basically i think i told u all the changes

isca  :- chapter 4 and 8

claw :-  notification extra reading material  (must read )

dt and idt :-  supplemantary  and recent case studies

costing , fr, fm  and audit dnt have any change

so focus on tha changes and get the updated material if u dnt have mail me i will provide u
